Welcome to True Reflection. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is designed for informational, organizational, and self-improvement purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information (such as your name) during the sign-up process.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the app, including your routine names, descriptions, and completion logs ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and synchronize your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., backing up your data to the cloud so you don't lose it).

5. Offline Functionality & Sync

True Reflection utilizes an "offline-first" architecture. While we strive to ensure seamless synchronization between your device and our cloud servers, conflicts may occasionally occur (e.g., if you edit the same routine on two different devices while offline). We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure or synchronization conflicts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Reflection and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
